Event Cancellation Policy

For training courses, events, and workshops:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least fourteen (14) days before the scheduled event date.
  • A cancellation administration fee of $500.00 plus GST may apply.
  • Refunds will generally not be provided where a participant fails to attend or cancels within fourteen (14) days of the event.

EIB reserves the right to assess exceptional circumstances at its discretion.

Changes to this Policy

EIB may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in legislation, business practices, or operational requirements. The most current version will be published on our website.
