Our Trainers

Paul Kearney

Paul is the founder and a training consultant at EIB. He is a registered builder and has over 20 years’ experience in building & construction along with 20 years of experience within the residential energy efficiency field.

David Lenkic

David is a technical consultant to EIB, providing training for residential and commercial energy efficiency in accordance with the National Construction Code (NCC). He is a NatHERS- Endorsed training provider for FirstRate 5 and Hero software. Owner and Thermal Performance Assessor at Acclimate Energy Assessments.

Rudy Thorogood

Rudy is a highly skilled specialist trainer who is passionate about home energy efficiency and sustainability software and training.

Stephen Collins

Stephen is a NatHERS endorsed subject matter expert and training consultant with EIB. He has been providing online software training and assessment in Accurate, FirstRate5 and BERS Pro since 2014.
