The trainers, particularly Rudy, offered helpful feedback and answered all my questions. I learnt a lot in the practical element of the course because of this. 

I enjoyed the online tutorials, supporting information, and support from training providers.

I liked the practical FR5 modeling in the final assessment.  It made me feel prepared for real NatHERS assessor work and QA requirements. The step-by-step course structure and clear NCC explanations were the best. The self-paced format let me fit study around work.

The training tutorials were very helpful, particularly in understanding the software and completing the practical assessments. The trainers, Mike and Rudy, were knowledgable and supportive, and their feedback helped me improve my understanding throughout the course.

The EIB team were always helpful whenever I requested any support or guidance. Their responses were prompt, professional and the right advice at the right time.
